• An experiential, interpretive framework incorporating Vedic astrology, palmistry, tarot, and creative self-exploration.

• Not a licensed mental health service and does not constitute psychotherapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

• Clients acknowledge that these services are for educational and personal insight purposes only and are not a substitute for therapy or medical advice.

• Governed by a separate liability waiver, which must be reviewed and signed before engaging in these services.

By engaging in SomAstrology SolPlay services, you acknowledge and agree that their effectiveness is subjective and that we make no guarantees regarding outcomes.

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy (Astrology, Palmistry, and Tarot Disclaimer)

• Astrology readings depend on the accuracy of birth time information provided by the client. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of astrological interpretations if the birth time is incorrect or approximate.

• Palmistry and tarot readings are interpretive arts. They are subjective and should be viewed as tools for reflection rather than absolute predictions.

• You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on these readings.

5. Limitation of Liability & Waiver for SomAstrology SolPlay Services
By engaging in SomAstrology SolPlay services, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You waive and release Living Eclectic Traditions, LLC, and its affiliates, employees, or contractors from any liability related to the use of astrology, tarot, or palmistry readings.

• You understand that these services are not regulated mental health services and should not be used as a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or financial/legal guidance.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Living Eclectic Traditions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or our services.
